In February, Pauline Haass Public Library Library is partnering with other libraries in Waukesha and Jefferson counties to show our communities how libraries transform lives. Today’s libraries are no longer about what libraries HAVE for people, but for what libraries DO for people. Libraries Transform highlights the transformative nature of today’s libraries and illustrates the critical role libraries play in the digital age.

There’s a lot happening inside the library and around our community in February! Keep reading to see how you can participate. Learn more about Libraries Transform on the Bridges Library System website.

Attend a Libraries Transfrom Event.

Even if you haven’t been to the library in a while, we invite you to visit us. Each of the 24 public libraries in Waukesha and Jefferson counties is hosting a unique program during the month of February; you can view the Calendar of Events here.

Pick up a copy of our brochure at any Bridges library or local business. You can also download the brochure here.  Take the brochure with you when you attend programs. Library staff will initial the Passport on the back of the brochure. You will be entered in a prize drawing if you attend Libraries Transform programs at 3 or more libraries in Waukesha or Jefferson counties.

Our featured Libraries Transform program is Dog Days of Winter on Saturday, February, 17. It’s a day full of programs for dog lovers of all ages. Get the schedule and full details on the Dog Days event page.
